Eventhough many toursits might transfer to Koh Samui by air flight, Koh Samui can be reached by Bus conveniently. Both Morchit and Southern Transport Station are ready to accomodate. The ticket is usually included Ferry ticket, so do not forget to ask the Ferry Ticket when you book the bus ticket.
On your travel, you need to get down from the bus and show the Ferry Ticket to officials before boarding on Ferry. These are Bus services as followings:

When you get down from the 999- bus, you can find the routh to Parichari home as shown in the above map. Just cross the street in front of the bus station at Nathorn Market (after the Ferry Port Station on “Koh Samui”) and take the red “SongThaew” which go to Lamai beach.
Then tell the bus driver that you will get down before Samui provincial court. The fee is about 30-40 baht, and please make sure wiht the driver before you take the “SongThaew”. The observation point is the “Wat Khunaram” on your right hand side. Prepare to get down at “Soi Pangra” and easy walking about 250 m. to Parichari home.
